Ya, Eternal Unfolding Presence,
Your love is the open door
to the place beyond our daily dreaming
beyond all we’ve ever sought
and ever fled.

May Your love’s spacious Yes turn us
and turn us even as we flee in terror
from what might save us.

May love’s delight play with every sense,
opening us to the rise and fall of each desire
so we may be released into beauty’s awe.

May love’s call inspire our greatest strength,
to stand and hold what  needs our care
and all our courage to preserve.

Then may love teach us to let go.
